Nevada County keeps a recorded construction year for most parcels, and for Willow Valley the picture is unusually clear. The practical consequence is small but real. Where the supply is a property system, a shutdown for valve or supply work involves your pump and pressure tank rather than a street valve, and available flow is worth confirming before specifying a high-demand shower valve. Unlike water, wastewater here is consistent.
