We're bathroom-only specialists based in Rocklin, CA. We don't do kitchens, decks, or additions — just bathrooms and showers, done right.
Oakwood Remodeling Group was incorporated in 2022 in Rocklin, California — building on remodeling work in the Sacramento region under predecessor entities (Good Home Construction / Good Home Builders) since 2019 — with a clear vision: specialize exclusively in bathroom and shower remodeling. No kitchens. No decks. No additions. Just bathrooms and showers, done right.
While other contractors spread themselves thin across every type of project, we made the decision to focus 100% on bathrooms from the start. Just showers, vanities, tile, and fixtures — done by a team that does nothing else, all day, every day.
That focus is why we're different. When you hire a general contractor, your bathroom is one of a dozen types of projects they juggle. When you hire us, you get a crew that has done hundreds of bathrooms and knows exactly how to handle every situation — from a tight powder room to a full master suite with custom tile, heated floors, and frameless glass.
Today, we serve homeowners across Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn, Folsom, and all of Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado, Nevada, Yolo, and Solano counties — over 170 cities and communities. We handle everything from permits and design through final walkthrough. We pull our own permits, schedule our own inspections, and stand behind every bathroom we build.
Oakwood is a two-partner owner-operated shop. Denis handles every client site visit, scope and estimate. Alex runs the installation crew on every build. Both are on your project from the first measurement to the final walkthrough.
Co-Owner & Senior Project Consultant
Denis is the client-side half of Oakwood. He runs every initial site visit, builds the scope, writes the line-item estimate, and stays as the single point of contact from the first call through the final walkthrough. His approach: quality first, line-item transparency over lump-sum pricing, and no same-day-only discounts.
Co-Owner & Project Manager
Alex is the field-side half of Oakwood. He runs the installation crew day-to-day, handles materials delivery and staging, manages the schedule, and is on site through the demo, waterproofing, tile and finish phases of every project. The on-site quality control — 2×6 blocking into the stud bays, pan slope verification, pressure-tested door seals, flood tests — is his standard.
Everything we claim about our license, bonding, and record is independently verifiable through the issuing authority. Tap any badge to see the source.
