I've been in the construction trades for 50+ years and I can be hard to please but I found Oakwood Remodeling (Auburn Bath) on line on a Thursday afternoon. My call was answered by a human, Denis who said he could come by my house and look at my small project in a couple hours...and he did exactly what he said.
He advised me how to handle the situation, called his glass installer Ben who was at my house at 7:00 that evening. He took measurements and said he would order the glass and we could expect installation the following week. Again, he did exactly what he said he would do.
Keep in mind, this was a small job (less than $5000) but Denis, Ben and their team treated it like it was their priority. They did excellent work, were very professional and left me feeling like I got everything and more than I paid for. These guys are a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for an honest contractor who gives you a fair price and performs the work with skill, Oakwood Remodeling (Auburn Bath) should be your 1st choice!
