The Challenge

The shower in this Natomas home was a small, awkward nook with painted wainscot walls and a curtain, and the rest of the bathroom had old vinyl flooring and a dated vanity.

Our Solution

We opened up the nook and rebuilt it as a proper walk-in shower with a tiled pan. The walls are marble-look porcelain with a corner shelf, the floor is a pebble mosaic, and a matte black framed sliding door encloses it. Outside the shower we installed a floating light-wood vanity with a white top and laid wood-look plank flooring.

Why a black-framed door instead of frameless glass?
