Permits & scheduling
We pull every required permit with Sacramento County, Placer County, El Dorado County, or your local city — whichever applies. Plans submitted, plan-check fees paid, inspections scheduled. You don't deal with the building department.
Construction

Real Tile vs. Acrylic Overlays: What Actually Lasts
The fastest bathroom remodel in Sacramento is also the least durable. Acrylic “tub liner” systems from national franchises can be installed in a day because the material is a pre-formed sheet bonded to your existing tub and walls. They carry lifetime warranties against cracking — but the limitation that rarely makes it into the sales pitch is that acrylic yellows, scratches, and loses its luster over 8 to 15 years, and there's no way to refinish it.
